Items purchased on our site can be exchanged up to 14 days from the date of receipt, provided they are unused, in original condition with all original packaging and tags, and accompanied by the original receipt or exchange note.
Exchanges can be processed via courier or registered mail for an additional fee.
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Want to return?
Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the date of receipt for store credit or refund, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. Items must be unused, in original condition with all original packaging and tags, and accompanied by the original receipt.
To return or exchange, send us the item by registered mail, along with the receipt you received by email, and an appendix with your full name and phone number.
When the package reaches us, we will credit you with the purchase amount.
*A refund will be given minus a 5% clearing fee.
*No refund will be given for shipping fees, in the case of free shipping on purchases over 350 NIS, shipping fees will be collected in the refund.
